Q: How can I get a price quote?

A:  It’s easy.  Just fill out a request form online.  We'll get pricing back to you immediately, then check to see if you have questions or comments.

Q:  Will Suture Express work with my Group Purchasing Organization?

A: Yes. Whenever possible, we use your GPO's contracts and electronically report your purchases to them.  We serve customers who are members of every major GPO.  If you're not currently a member of a buying group, ask us how to get started with one of our GPO partners today!

Q: How do I establish an account?

A: Call 1-877-790-1873 and ask for the sales representative in your area or fill out a request form online.

Q: How long does it take to get started?

A: Suture Express will establish your new account the same day so you can begin ordering without delays. It's that simple!

Q: How do I submit orders?

A: You decide!  Use your Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), login to our online order website, send a fax to 913-384-3730 or send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  We’ll send you an order confirmation within an hour!

Q: What is the order cut-off time?

A: Orders received by 4PM (EST) will ship the same day.

Q: How will I be invoiced?

A: However you like!  We can send your invoices via fax, email or with each shipment.

Q: How do I return a product I ordered by mistake?

A: First, download a Returned Good Form.  Fill it out and send it back to us in the box along with your items and we'll promptly issue you a full credit. We don't charge any restocking fees!

Q: Are there customized delivery options?

A:  Yes!  For no additional charge, Suture Express can provide customized packaging options that will simplify your specific delivery and receiving processes.
